Craft beer factory & tap room on the groundfloor by La Staffetta.
La Staffetta was born in 2012, after 6 years as beerfirm and publicans the group moved to Calci in 2019, close to Monte Serra. Today the project lives on as two distinct realities: the association that takes care of the how-to-make-beer classes and social promotion, and the brewery\factory for the commercial and production activities. The production system is a 500 lt, with 5 fermenters that has a monthly production of over 30 hl. The 8 different recipes are UK\US-inspired, sometimes with a belgian touch.
